Our Team
Our overall production team consists of a project management team, a programming team led by our Technical Director and a design team led by our Design Director. These teams work together to produce winning results for our clients. The production teams are managed by the Founder and Managing Director, Marie Redmond, in partnership with the Operations Manager who both play strategic roles in ensuring the successful delivery of each project to our clients.
X Communications has four distinct teams:

Each project that we undertake on behalf of a client is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who works with the client to scope out the project and to agree a business model and a functional specification. When the project has been fully specified, the Project Manager works in-house with the Design and Technical teams in order to deliver a quality application that meets the client's goals and requirements. We guarantee that we will deliver all projects on time and within budget.
