The Royal Irish Academy (RIA) is an independent, academic body that promotes study and excellence in the sciences, humanities and social sciences.
The new RIA website, available at www.ria.ie, provides the academy with a number of facilities as well as a platform to showcase their work, resources and upcoming events. In the 'Our Work' section you can find out about the history of the RIA, who the members are, current research projects and grants and awards provided by the RIA.
You can browse and buy the books and journals available from the RIA in the 'Publications' section. Information on all the upcoming events organised are available in the 'Events' section. Where registration is required visitors can register to attend within the event details page.
Members can also log into a special area to access specific information relating to their committee.
